Free sticker maker
Design custom stickers online in a couple of minutes: start from a template, change the words, drop in a photo or an icon, and download a print-ready file. No sign-up, no watermark, and your artwork stays on your device.
How to make your own stickers
- Pick a starting point. Choose a template above (circle badge, name tag, jar label, bumper sticker) or the blank circle.
- Make it yours. Tap any word to edit it. Curve text around a circle, add an outline, upload a logo or photo; plain backgrounds are removed automatically.
- Choose the cut. Circle, rounded square, oval, burst, heart, badge, or die-cut, which follows the outline of your artwork.
- Download and print. Get a 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background, plus an optional cut line for Cricut, Silhouette or a print shop.
What do you want to make?
More than a template filler
Photo to sticker cuts a pet, a product or a selfie out of its background and wraps it in a white die-cut border. The AI sticker generator draws artwork from a sentence when you have nothing to upload. Stuck for a slogan? The sticker ideas generator suggests designs for your shop, club or event.
When the design is done, the printable sheet maker fills a Letter or A4 page with as many copies as fit, and the mockup tool shows how it looks on a laptop, a water bottle or a car bumper before you print a single one.
Stickers for chats rather than paper? Make a WhatsApp sticker, a Telegram sticker or an iMessage sticker from any photo, exported at each app’s exact size.
Before you print
Keep important text at least 1/8 inch (3 mm) inside the cut. Cutters drift by a millimetre or so, and a word that touches the edge can get sliced. The bleed explainer shows exactly why.
Questions people ask
Is this sticker maker really free?
Yes. Every template, font, shape and export is free, there is no watermark, and you do not need an account. The only features that cost us money to run are the AI sticker generator and the AI idea generator, and those are free too, with a small hourly limit per visitor.
Do my designs get uploaded anywhere?
No. The editor draws everything on a canvas inside your browser. Photos you add are processed on your device, and drafts are kept in your browser’s local storage. Nothing is sent to a server unless you press an AI button, which sends only the text prompt you typed.
What file do I get?
A PNG at 150, 300 or 600 DPI with a transparent background outside the cut line. You can also download a version with a magenta cut line drawn on, and for shaped stickers an SVG cut path for cutting machines or print shops.
Can I make die-cut stickers that follow the shape of my design?
Yes. Pick the “Die-cut” shape and the editor traces an offset border around your text, icons and images, the way laptop stickers are cut. You control the border width in millimetres.
Can I print these at home?
Yes. Use the printable sheet tool to tile your sticker on US Letter or A4 with gaps for cutting, then print on inkjet sticker paper or printable vinyl. For machine cutting, export for Cricut Print Then Cut, which has a maximum print area of 6.75 × 9.25 inches.
Where can I design a sticker for free?
Right here, in the browser, with no account. Other free options include Canva (needs an account) and the design tools run by sticker printers, which are free to use but built to sell you a print order. This site gives you the file itself, ready for home printing, a Cricut or any printer.
How much do sticker makers cost?
Design tools range from free (this site) to monthly subscriptions for pro design apps. Printing is the real cost: home printing on sticker paper costs very little per sticker, while professionally printed vinyl die-cuts usually get much cheaper per sticker as the order size grows.
Can I make stickers for WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage?
Yes. The photo to sticker tool exports chat-ready files: a 512 × 512 WebP under 100 KB for WhatsApp, a 512 px PNG for Telegram and a 618 × 618 PNG for iMessage.
Are there free sticker templates?
Yes: thirteen editable templates (circle badge, name tag, jar and candle labels, bumper sticker, laptop and bottle die-cuts and more), each free to use commercially.
What size should a sticker be?
Most custom stickers are 2 to 4 inches. 3 × 3 inches is the most common size for logo and laptop stickers, name tags are usually 3.5 × 2.25 inches, and a US bumper sticker is about 11.5 × 3 inches. The sizes guide has a full table.
